Graham Bars Craze

This no-bake Graham Bars recipe features ripe mangoes, creamy layers of Graham crackers, and a touch of grated cheese for a sweet and salty delight!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pcs ripe mangoes
  • 1 pack graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk (or adjust accordingly)

Instructions
 

  • First, cut the mangoes into small cubes and set them aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the chilled all-purpose cream until it becomes smooth and doubles in volume.
  • Gradually add the chilled condensed milk to the whipped cream, and continue mixing until well blended.
  • Next, pour the mixture into a container lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the dish.
  • Then, spoon some of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly.
  • Distribute some cubed mangoes on top of the cream layer and press them down gently.
  • After that, add another layer of the cream mixture, spreading it evenly. Then, add the remaining mango cubes and press them down lightly.
  • Finally, finish by placing another layer of graham crackers on top.
  • Freeze overnight to allow the layers to set.
  • Once frozen, remove the edges of the parchment paper, and slice the dessert into cubes for serving.
